Product groups are only available with the following subscription plans. Merchants not on one of these plans will be automatically upgraded upon use of this feature.

Popular examples of Rich Content includes:
- Information about a specific region such as Wine from the Napa Valley
- Information/video content about a brand
- Begin on the Product Group tab in the Inventory section
- Click on the (+) Sign to create a new group or search for a group and click the pencil to "Edit"
- If creating a new product group, follow the steps here to define your products
- Scroll down to Upload Rich Content
- Design Rich Content using the following features:
- Click Blocks to build the layout of the section by dragging and dropping different column blocks
- Add content by dragging and dropping any of the content blocks
- Click "Body" to edit texts or background colors
- Click "Images" to search and upload images
- Click Blocks to build the layout of the section by dragging and dropping different column blocks
- Review your design
- Once done designing your content, click "Save" at the top
