      Create A Pop Up

      Pop ups are a powerful tool for increasing customer engagement and capturing leads. This article highlights best practices for designing and implementing pop ups to improve the user experience. Learn how to set one up below!

      This feature is available with the following subscription plans. Merchants not on one of these plans will be automatically upgraded

      Popular Uses:

      • Inform visitors about updates or other important announcements
      1. Begin on your Studio section under Popups

      3. Enter an internal title to enable the editor

      6. On the right side of the editor, you'll find various elements available for designing your pop up by scrolling through your options. Simply drag and drop these elements into the body to customize your pop up as desired

      7. After completing your design, click "Save" and then "Close Editor"
      8. Click the checkmark to enable your popup

      9. Decide where you would like to show your pop up

      10.  Add an internal description (optional)

      11. Use the parameters to filter which customers will see this pop up. If you want it visible to all customers, simply leave this section blank.

      12. Adjust the settings of your pop up: 
        1. Priority -  A higher number indicates that the pop up will take precedence and appear before others that are also enabled.
        2. Delay - The time delay before the pop up appears after the customer visits the website.
        3. Cooldown- The number of days before the pop up re-appears for the same customer. 
        4. Occurrences - Amount of time the pop up will remain visible to the same customer.

      Update a Pop Up

      If you were looking to make updates to a pop up that is currently appearing on your site, Start by  clicking on the  pop up you wish to edit.  

      Disable - If you wish to turn off this pop up, uncheck the "Enabled" box and click "Update" to save your changes.

      Edits - After making any modifications to the pop up, click "Update" to ensure all changes are saved.
