How to Personalize Your Return & Refund Policy

Learn how to update your policy to ensure it aligns with your store on your website!

This feature is available with the following subscription plans. Merchants not on one of these plans will be automatically upgraded:

  1. Begin on your Pages section under Studio

  4. Add the Page Slug and Title to reflect the policy

Update your Footer

  1. Once the page has been saved, head over to your Website section under Studio

  3. Scroll down to Sitelinks (End of Page)
  4. Click "Add Sitelink Custom Element" Screenshot 2024-08-13 at 16.02.20
  5. Fill in the Title and URL with the link to your new policy

If you have additional custom site links, you can rearrange the order by dragging them using the two grey lines, or make edits by clicking on the three dots.

If the default Return & Refund Policy hasn't updated after adding your new page, please contact support@cityhive.net.
