Learn how to update your policy to ensure it aligns with your store on your website!

Popular Uses:

- Begin on your Pages section under Studio
- Click on (+) next to the search bar
- Choose "Create Page"
- Add the Page Slug and Title to reflect the policy
- Open the page editor
- Drag and drop the Text Selection template to write out your policy
- Click "Save" at the top once done
- Close Editor
- Save page once more
Update your Footer
- Once the page has been saved, head over to your Website section under Studio
- Click on Footer
- Scroll down to Sitelinks (End of Page)
- Click "Add Sitelink Custom Element"
- Fill in the Title and URL with the link to your new policy
- Click "Create"
- You should see your link appear as so once saved
If you have additional custom site links, you can rearrange the order by dragging them using the two grey lines, or make edits by clicking on the three dots.
If the default Return & Refund Policy hasn't updated after adding your new page, please contact support@cityhive.net.
