Add/Remove Product Groups from your Website

Updating your website by adding or removing products groups is a great way to promote any products that are currently on sale, best selling or even to feature personal picks!

Adding a Group

  1. Begin on the Studio section of the dashboard and click on WebsiteScreen Shot 2022-12-05 at 5.01.42 PM
  2. Select Home Pages or Pages depending on where you'd like the group to show
    1. Home Pages can be found under the website section on the left side of your screen Screen Shot 2022-12-05 at 5.04.39 PM
      1. NOTE: When clicking onto the Home Page section, if  you do not see any content when editing your homepage or a blank page please send over a ticket to support@cityhive.net asking  our Design team to create an editable home page for your store.
    2. Pages can be found at the top of your screen
  3. Click into a page that's already created to edit or create a new page
  4. Select "Open Editor"
      1. When using pages you will need to fill in the URL slug and page title to activate the Open Editor button.
  5. Drag and drop the product list from the city hive elements to the page (refer to video above)
  6. Click on the settings wheel at the top of the page
  7. Click "Change Product Group" to select the group of products you would like to display
  8. Add a title under the Title section
  9. Choose "Yes" under the Show_Containter_Title drop down to show the title and shop all link

Removing a Group

  1. Click on the product group list on the page
  2. Select the trash can icon to remove this group from your page.
