Shipping products from your retail store can help increase sales and reach a wider customer base by making your products available to customers who may not be able to visit your physical location.
Connect a FedEx or UPS account with City Hive to automatically calculate the cost of shipping based on the weight of the products a customer has added to their cart and distance to their location. The bottles are based on the following weights:
50ml - 0.2lbs
187ml: 0.66 lbs
375ml: 1.32 lbs
750ml: 2.65 lbs
1L: 3.5 lbs
1.5L: 4.63 lbs
3L: 10.58 lbs

- Begin on your shipping page under the settings section in the merchant dashboard
- Select the carrier you'd like to use and enter the required information

- Add more packaging options by clicking the pencil at the top right of the box under the Packaging Details section
- Configure the shipping options you'd like to support by clicking the pencil at the top right of the Shipping Info section
- Shipping Services:
- Home Delivery: Economical Ground Delivery to Residences
- Ground: Economical Ground Delivery to Businesses
- Express Saver: Within 3 Business Days
- 2 Day Delivery: Within 2 Business Days
- Standard Overnight: Next Business Day Afternoon
- Priority Overnight: Next Business Day Morning
- First Overnight: First Thing the Next Business Day Mornin
- Shipping Services:
- Add the states you'd like to ship to by clicking the pencil at the top right of Shipping Locations section
- Minimum price for shipping: The minimum amount customers must have in their cart in order to checkout for shipping.
- Base price for shipping: Any additional cost you'd like to add to the price of the shipment. *Note: Adult signature prices are already built in for Fedex customers.
- Free shipping: The total amount a customer should have in their cart to receive free shipping. If you would not like to offer free shipping we recommend putting 9999.
- Tax: If you're unsure what tax to charge when shipping out of state, use Avalara's tax assessment.
- Products: Choose a default category or create your own product group.
