Set Up Shipping

Connect a Shipping account with City Hive 

Automatically calculate the cost of shipping based on the weight of the products a customer has added to their cart and distance to their location. The bottles are based on the following weights:

• 187ml - 0.83 lbs
• 375ml - 1.65  lbs
• 750ml - 3.31  lbs
• 1L - 4.41  lbs
• 1.5L - 6.61  lbs
• 3L - 13.23  lbs 

1. Begin on your Shipping section under Settings
2. Select (+) on the far right
3. Choose your shipping carrier you'd like to use and enter the required information
   
   
   

   Please Note: City Hive can integrate more than one carrier, but you can only use one carrier at a time. 

Smart Shipper

If you'd like to use Smart Shipper, follow the steps in our article here to get started.

FedEx

If you choose to use FedEx, we need you to provide the information listed below. To retrieve this information, follow the steps  here.

1. Meter Number
2. Password
3. FedEx Account Number
4. Authentication Key
5. Test Password
6. Test Meter Number
7. Test FedEx Account Number
8. Test Authentication Key

UPS

If you choose to use UPS we need you to provide the information listed below. To retrieve this information, follow the steps here. 

1. User ID
2. Password
3. XML Access Key
4. Account Number
   

Additional Shipping Options

Select the options you wish to use when shipping an order under Shipping Info.

Click on the pencil icon in this section to add and modify additional packaging options.

Configure States
