# Integrate with Fedex Shipping

## FedEx web services can be integrated with your City Hive website and app to provide real-time rate information to customers looking to ship products to a location outside of your delivery zone.

 

1. **Begin on the [FedEx Developer site](https://developer.fedex.com/api/en-us/home.html)** and **log in with your fedex.com User ID and Password**
2. **Click on Getting Started** on the left side  of the menu
3. **Select Fedex Shipper** from the dropdown

5. **Select the first option**

6. Fill in your company details

8. **Create a project and [follow the instructions under Step 2 here](https://developer.fedex.com/api/en-us/get-started.html)** 
     1. Add the Ship and Comprehensive Rates API's
     2. Copy your test API key and Test secret
     3. Provide these keys to us

        You may refer to[this document here](https://developer.fedex.com/api/en-us/catalog/authorization/v1/docs.html)on how to find the keys in your account
9. Once you provide us with the keys, we will update your carrier
10. After we update your carrier, **you will need to generate test labels and send them to FedEx with your cover sheet**

**Please Note:** **You must accept the Alcohol Shipping Agreement with FedEx before shipping alcohol.** If you have not done this yet, please contact your FedEx account executive to assist you with the authorization process. If you don't have one, **[schedule a time to chat](https://www.fedex.com/en-us/small-business/sales-support.html)** with one of their alcohol shipping experts.
