Third-party delivery services can help your team handle more orders efficiently, whether you’re just starting or enabling it as part of a joint effort to expand your reach.

  1. Begin on your delivery settings of your dashboard
  2. Scroll down to the 'Delivery Services' section of the page
  3. Activate the couriers you’d like to receive quotes from, ensuring the toggle is to the right and yellow

How it Works

DoorDash availability by state:
California, Connecticut, Washington, DC, Florida, Georgia, Idaho (Beer & Wine only), Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Massachusetts (Permit limitations), Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon (Beer & Wine only), Tennessee, Texas, Virginia & Washington. 
 
Uber availability by state:
Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Washington D.C., Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Oregon, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington & Wyoming.

Third party delivery services do not deliver across bridges or through tunnels. 

  1.  When accepting an order, select a courier from the options displayed in the pop-up

  2. Wait for the selected service to assign an available driver and confirm their approval to complete the delivery
  3.  In the Delivery Service section of the order page, you can check the order status after a driver has been assigned, along with the cost and the estimated pickup and drop-off times

  4. Verify the delivery driver is above the age of 21, their ID matches the name you received confirmation for, and all the products intended for delivery are present before releasing the order

Once the driver completes their delivery you are automatically charged on your monthly invoice for the delivery fee and driver tip. 

What if the driver does not arrive?

Re-call another driver by clicking on 'Request New Driver' under the Delivery Service section of the order page. From here you can call another driver by using the same service or switching to a different service.

 What if the driver does not deliver the order? 

First confirm with the customer that the driver did not deliver the order. If that is the case, you can resend the order through a new courier by following the steps in the above question. To recoup the funds of the lost product, submit a claim and we will work with the courier for a refund.  View instructions on how to submit a claim.
