Invite City Hive to Manage Domain through GoDaddy or Google

For those of you who already have a domain purchased under GoDaddy or Google, adding City Hive as a manager for your domain is quick and simple. Once we receive the invitation, your site will go live within 24 hours!

GoDaddy

1. Log in to your GoDaddy account
2. Click on Account Settings towards the top left and then Delegate Access

3. On the right side, click + Invite to Access

4. Add City Hive for the name and for the email please put builder@cityhive.net

5. Select Products & Domains access and then click Invite

6. Email us at support@cityhive.net with what you'd like your main domain to be and any additional domains that should point to the new website. (Template below)

   1. SUBJECT LINE: Domain Details

   2. Domain Host: GoDaddy

   3. Your Account Name / Customer Number*:

      1. Find your account name and customer number at the top right of the GoDaddy website when logged in:
         

   4. Main Domain: (Website URL)

   5. Additional Domains:

Google

1. Sign in to Google Domains
2. Click Manage next to the domain you would like to have the site directed to
   
3. Click Registration settings on the left side of your screen
4. Under Domain permissions click Permissions
5. Add builder@cityhive.net and click Add
6. Email us at  support@cityhive.net with what you'd like your main domain to be and any additional domains that should point to the new website. (Template below)
