While your customers can still place orders online without any issues, we kindly ask you to complete the outlined process so we can resume disbursing funds to your bank account.
This feature is available with all subscription plans:- Standard
- Pro
- Expert
- Begin on the Payment Info page in your Settings
- Click the pencil to begin updating your banking details
- Once you click the link, you should see a screen similar to the below screenshot
- Click on “Decision-Makers”, then click on your name
- Fill in the required fields details (date of birth and last 4 of SSN) and then hit “Next” and fill in the rest of the screens as well
- Once in the main screen again, head over to the Payout Details
- Navigate to “Bank Statement” - This step is NOT optional and must be completed
- Select the relevant document for the account confirmation and upload the details
Once all fields are verified, this process is complete and all pending payment will be disbursed within 2 business days.
