For security and compliance, our payment processor, Adyen, requires verification of your disbursement information. To confirm payments are sent to the correct account or resolve any verification warnings, please follow the steps below.
This feature is available with all subscription plans:- Standard

- Expert
- Begin on your Payment Info section
- Click the pencil to begin updating your details

You will be taken to a page with a link; click on the link to proceed

After clicking the link, you will be directed to this page on the Adyen site
- Edit your information in the Company Details section
- Add yourself and/or the appropriate users under the Decision Makers section, fill in the required fields (DOB and last 4 of SSN) and ensure that each user is verified within the section
- After returning to the main screen, click into Payout Details and fill in the details for your account

Navigate to 'Bank Statement' - This step is NOT optional and must be completed
Choose the appropriate document for account confirmation and upload the required information -
Complete the final step by signing the agreement at the bottom
All four sections of the page must be marked as verified to ensure the verification process is successful.
If you've already verified your account but still see a warning to update, please review the steps above to ensure all fields are marked as verified and fully completed.
Once all fields are verified, this process is complete and all pending payment will be disbursed within 2 business days.
