      Set Up Your Tax Rate

      Learn How to Notify the Team to Verify and Configure Your Tax Rate.

      This feature is available with all subscription plans: 
      • Standard
      • Pro 
      • Expert

      1. Begin on the Taxes section of your Store Info section in Settings

      2. Verify your tax rate

      3. If incorrect,  click the question mark on the bottom left of the orange menu bar  

      4. Click Submit a Ticket and type in the exact details of how we should configure your taxes
        1. If a special configuration for alcoholic vs. non-alcoholic items or bottle deposits is needed, please advise us.

      Once set, we will confirm via email of the user you are logged in under.
