      Set Up Your Tax Rate

      Learn how to verify your tax rate and notify the team to configure your tax rate.

      This feature is available with all subscription plans: 
      • Standard
      • Pro 
      • Expert
      1. Begin on the Taxes section of your Store Info section in Settings   Screenshot 2024-09-17 at 4.21.03 PM

      2. Verify your current tax rate to ensure it is correct.

      3. If incorrect,  click the question mark on the bottom left of the orange menu bar  

      4. Click Submit a Ticket and type in the exact details of how we should configure your taxes
        1. If a special configuration for alcoholic vs. non-alcoholic items or bottle deposits is needed, please let us know.
        2. Please indicate whether you want the taxes to be applied to delivery charges as well.

      Note: Please provide the specific tax rate number. If you mention "Orange County tax rate," we'll need you to specify the exact rate, as we don't have detailed tax rates for every county and state.

      Once set, we will confirm via email of the user you are logged in under. If you have any questions, please reach out to support@cityhive.net.
