# Store Order Notifications

## Notifications help you to stay up-to-date with new orders and ensure that you can respond to them quickly. This is especially important if your business deals with a quick delivery window.

1. **[Begin on the Settings page under Store Overview](https://merchants.cityhive.net/#!/fffff/settings)**
2. **Scroll down to Order Notification Preference and click on the pencil**

3. **Enter phone number and email addresses** for the notifications to be sent to

**If your phone is answered by a machine, add an X after your phone number and then the number to dial to speak with your fulfillment team (e.g.: 555-555-5555x0)**
