Store Order Notifications

Notifications help you to stay up-to-date with new orders and ensure that you can respond to them quickly. This is especially important if your business deals with a quick delivery window.

  1. Begin on the Settings page under Store Overview
  2. Scroll down to Order Notification Preference and click on the pencil

  3. Enter phone number and email addresses for the notifications to be sent to

If your phone is answered by a machine, add an X after your phone number and then the number to dial to speak with your fulfillment team (e.g.: 555-555-5555x0)
