# Implement a Loyalty Program

## City Hive offers flexible loyalty and rewards capabilities that work across all commerce channels and automates communication to customers when rewards are earned.

Loyalty programs provide valuable data on customer preferences, purchasing behaviors, and demographics. This data can be analyzed to tailor marketing efforts, improve product offerings, and enhance the overall customer experience. Here are our top recommendations for types of loyalty programs.

#### Member Only Pricing - Top Choice!

Link a customer to a purchase by email address, phone number, or QR code to offer special prices. 

- Tito's Non-Club Pricing: $23.99
- Tito's Club Card Pricing: $21.99

#### Cash Back Programs

Total spent earns the customer an X amount of dollars to use on their next purchase.

- $10 back for every $250 spent (4%)
- $10 back for every $300 spent (3.3%)
- $15 back for every $500 spent (3%)

#### Tiered Points System

Every visit or dollar spent earns the customer X amount of points.

- 250 points= 10% off your next purchase
- 500 points= free delivery on all future orders
- 750 points= free bottle of wine valued at $20
- 1000 points = access to member only events

How can I establish a cohesive loyalty program that allows customers to earn and redeem rewards, whether they're shopping in-store or online?

#### Member Only Pricing

If your POS system supports multi-tiered pricing, it's likely capable of accommodating special pricing for when customers are attached to the sale. We recommend that you **verify with your POS provider that customers can only get discounted prices once they are linked to the transaction.** Once confirmed, on our end, we'll seamlessly synchronize customer information such as names, phone numbers, and/or emails to enroll them in the online program and automated marketing.

#### Cash Back Programs & Tiered Points Systems

The ability for redemption of cash back or loyalty points in-store and online is dependent on your POS provider. We can either sync the transaction to calculate the point value on the City Hive side or sync the store credit value directly from the POS.

Redemption of loyalty points per POS system differs as follows:
