      Set Up Special Hours for Holidays or Bad Weather

      Maybe you’re opening the store early or staying open late for the upcoming holiday. Either way, you’ll want to let your mobile app and website customers know so that they can prepare ahead.

       
       
      Step 1. Click "Add" next to Special Days.
       
       
      Step 2. Fill out the details of your special hours, including the date, the Title of the holiday, the new store hours, and the new delivery hours. Click the "Green Checkmark" to save your special day.
       
       
      Once you've updated your store's special hours, you can use this as an opportunity to reach out to your customers to incentivize them to get their holiday orders in early.
