Set Up Special Hours for Holidays or Bad Weather

Maybe you’re opening the store early or staying open late for the upcoming holiday. Either way, you’ll want to let your mobile app and website customers know so they can prepare ahead!

 

  1. Begin on your Store Info section under Settings

  3. Fill out the details of your special hours including the date, title of the holiday, new hours, and new delivery hours

Once you've updated your store's special hours you can use this as an opportunity to reach out to your customers to incentivize them to get their holiday or special day orders in early!
