We don't support analytic properties from third parties or other agencies within our platform. This is so that we can maintain the integrity of the data collection and keep improving the platform. 

Google Analytics - What is it?

From Google - "Google Analytics lets you measure your advertising ROI as well as track your Flash, video, and social networking sites and applications." Our team will create a Google Analytics account for your store and share access with you and your team. 

What does it do?

Once installed, you can track your store's digital traffic, conversions, and ROI from any paid advertisements.
  1. Traffic - Learn more about your audience and where they are coming from and how they interact on your website and mobile app
  2. Conversions - See purchases, add to carts, newsletter signups, and more on a summary or individual level
  3. ROI - If you use Google Ads or another paid ad source, you can track the campaigns using Google Analytics

How does it work?

Once we create an account for your store, we will add your Google Analytic tracking property to your website and mobile app. We will set up the industry standard events to track for your mobile app and website. You'll then receive access to the account via email and begin to see results immediately. 
Facebook offers several different products that we support for installation on your mobile app and website. Currently supported are Facebook Pixel on both your website and mobile app, Facebook SDK for your mobile app, and finally Facebook Analytics which aggregates all facebook tracking data. Our team can create a pixel under our account for your store and share access with you and your team or set up your store's mobile app to include the SDK linked to your Facebook page.

Facebook SDK 
- With the SDK, you can track mobile app installs and run paid campaigns that incentivize your potential customers to download your mobile app. This requires a new app update on our end.
