      Build Buy One, Get One Coupons

      Creating a BOGO coupon can support various promotions. Follow the steps below to set up the offer in the system, apply specific conditions or limits, and adjust any required product details!

      This feature is available with the following subscription plans. Merchants not on one of these plans will be automatically upgraded:

      • Pro
      • Expert 

      Popular Uses:

      • Allows customers to try a new product while getting an additional item free
      • Encourages customers to buy more
      1. Begin on your Promotions section of the dashboard
      2. Create a new coupon by clicking on (+) at the top right Screenshot 2024-07-31 at 11.50.23

      4. Click on the "$" symbol to switch to "%" to add the discount amount

        1. For buy one, get one free, the discount should be set to 50%, as this will apply 50% off each item, totaling the price of one item.
        2. For buy one, get one 50% off, the discount should be set to 25%, as this will apply 25% off each item, totaling a 50% discount on one item when combined.
        3. For buy one, get one for a dollar amount (ex. buy one, get one for a $1), calculate the discount amount by subtracting the final order total from the sum of the two product prices. For instance, if each product costs $10, the discount would be $20 - $11, resulting in a $9 discount.
      5.  Complete the remaining fields in the Advanced Parameters section
      6. In the Category and Product section, you can select the specific products and quantities to which the coupon will apply

      BOGO coupons can only be applied to the same item and cannot be set up as "buy X, get Y free."

      Be sure to select the "Discount Qualifying Products Only" option to apply the discount exclusively to the specified product.

      7.   Click on the Advanced Quantity Options to view the dropdown, and set both the Minimum and Maximum quantity to 2

      9.   Review the coupon summary to confirm the information has been set up correctly
