      1-Click Campaigns

      What is a 1-Click Campaign?
       
      A City Hive sponsored campaign is an ONLINE ONLY City Hive run-campaign where we cover a percentage of the promotional offer (typically ranging between 25-50%) to help your store exceed your sales goals and increase customer loyalty. All promotions exclude sale items and cannot be combined with other offers.

      1-Click Campaigns can be accessed on the Promotions section of your City Hive dashboard. Here you can toggle on method of delivery (Push Notifications, Email Campaigns, SMS, Promo Banners) you'd like to utilize for these campaigns.

      FAQs

      1. Will the campaign be sent automatically each week? What if I want to approve the campaign before it goes out? 
        1. The campaign will be sent automatically unless your Default Campaign Preference is set to "Ask Me First". If you select "Ask Me First," you will be required to approve the campaign each week in order for it to be sent out. 
      2. How long does each campaign last?
        1. Campaigns are run for 6 days (Wednesday through Monday)
