A company Apple Developer account is required for City to manage your mobile App. In addition, the account offers team collaboration, branding, legal alignment, IP protection, distribution control, and access to additional resources and support.
This feature is available with the following subscription plans. Merchants not on one of these plans will be automatically upgraded

Part 1: Initiate the Migration
- Begin on your Developer Account
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Fill in the details of the form and click 'Send'
- You can look up your DUNS number here
Please ensure you are touching base with Apple and responding to any emails they send to verify your transfer. If you do not hear from them within 48 business hours, please contact Apple's developer support.
Part 2: Remove and Invite City Hive Again
- After you've completed your migration, visit your Developer Account here
- Under program resources/Apple Store Connect, select Users & Access
- Remove builder{#}@cityhive.net from the current user list
- Click on the plus sign towards the top left
- Enter the following information for the New User and click invite
