This feature is included with the Expert plan. Merchants on the Standard or Pro plans can access this for an additional $50 per month.
- Begin on your Add-On section
- Select POS Promo Sync and click 'Activate'
- Once the button has been clicked, this will generate a ticket for the team
- A team member will contact you to schedule a call and discuss which promotions should be synced

How this works
We automatically sync promotions from your POS to the dashboard, ensuring case pricing, bundle deals (e.g., "Buy 6 for $X"), and multi-tiered promotions are displayed accurately without manual input. For stores with multiple promotions, syncing directly from the POS is recommended for precision.
For instance, we can show case pricing, when the discount is not a blanket 10% or 15% by pulling the discounted price for cases directly from the POS. Similarly, if an item is set for a specific quantity of bottles at a fixed price, that setup will be reflected accordingly.
