View a detailed breakdown of all funds deposited into your account, sorted by date.

Payments
To simplify the reconciliation process, we now have a Payments section on the menu where you can view all of your disbursements.
This section only contains disbursements after March 1, 2024.
1. Begin on the Payments section of the dashboard
2. Disbursements will be categorized by date and gateway (Adyen or Braintree) and will display the number of transactions included in the disbursed amount
The Disbursements page includes information on all the transactions. It includes:
- ID - City Hive transaction ID for reference
- Disbursement Date - Date the funds were distributed to your account
- Account - Store name where the funds were distributed
- Gateway - Payment processor
- # Transactions - the number of orders that make up the disbursed amount
- Disbursed Amount - Total amount of funds disbursed
3. To understand your disbursement totals, click each line to view the transactions included Refunds are highlighted in red to show offsets to the total 
4. Click on the order to be taken to the order details page for further clarification, if needed. Then, select the box next to (Order) that looks like this
