Applying Store Credit to Customer Accounts
Learn how to issue and manage store credit for customers directly from their account in your dashboard.
- Begin on the Customer section of your dashboard
- Search for the customer using the bar at the top right
- Click on the account
- Scroll down to 'Customer Credit Balance' and click on the pencil
- Select 'Store Credit Amount' and add in the desired amount
- Select 'Increase' to apply the credit
- Once done you'll see the credit applied
To deduct credit, follow the same steps but select ‘Decrease’ instead.
