Applying Store Credit to Customer Accounts
Learn how to issue and manage store credit for customers directly from their account in your dashboard.
- Begin on the Customer section of your dashboard
- Search for the customer using the bar at the top right

- Click on the account
- Scroll down to Customer Credit Balance and click on the pencil

- Select Store Credit Amount and add in the desired amount

- Select Increase to apply the credit

- Once done you'll see the credit applied

To deduct credit, follow the same steps but select Decrease instead.
