Applying Store Credit to Customer Accounts

Learn how to issue and manage store credit for customers directly from their account in your dashboard.

  1. Begin on the Customer section of your dashboard
  2. Search for the customer using the bar at the top right Screenshot 2025-09-24 at 11.55.17
  3. Click on the account
  4. Scroll down to 'Customer Credit Balance' and click on the pencil Screenshot 2025-09-24 at 11.58.24
  5. Select 'Store Credit Amount' and add in the desired amount

  6. Select 'Increase' to apply the credit

  7. Once done you'll see the credit applied

To deduct credit, follow the same steps but select ‘Decrease’ instead.
