THC Drink Setup with Jupico

Availability is currently limited to merchants in states where Jupico operates: KY, MN, CT, NJ, TX, RI, and KS.

To enable this, open Jupico in Add-ons and approve after reviewing the terms and conditions:

Begin by signing up with Juipico - To start selling THC drinks on your website, you first need to sign up with Jupico, a separate payment processor. Get started with Jupico
Upload a COA for Each THC Product - Each THC product also needs a Certificate of Analysis (COA) uploaded directly in the City Hive dashboard at the product level. The COA must be a PDF. You can see an example of a COA on a brand's website. – Once you upload the COA PDF for a product, it is approved for online purchasing immediately
How to Upload a COA
1. Select your product - In the City Hive dashboard, click the product you want to update. You'll see a red banner indicating that THC products need a COA before they can be sold
2. Find the COA section - Scroll down to the Certificate of Analysis section and select the pencil icon
3. Attach the file - Select the "Choose File" button to browse for the product's COA PDF, then click the green checkmark icon to confirm
4. As soon as you save the COA, the product becomes available for online purchase
