Upload a Promo Banner & Hero Image 

 We suggest using sites such as Canva to create your banners and images. 

1. Begin on your Marketing section of the dashboard under Banners  

2. At the top right above the search bar, select the option  
   

    

3. Is it enabled? - This acts as an "on and off" button 

   

4. Set the priority - Only needed if there is more than one banner or image activated. The higher the number the higher the priority (0-999). (Ex: 10 is prioritized over 3)
   

5. Describe this promotional banner - This is for internal use only and will not be visible to customers
   
   

6. Add an app image - This is the image that will show up on the app/website
            

7. Add a desktop image - Similar to the App, please follow the guidelines for the best looking picture
   Best Size: 

   App:  1600*530 px Horizontal, JPG/PNG/GIF, up to 1MB (Facebook Cover on Canva)

   Web:  1600*400px Horizontal, JPG/PNG/GIF, up to 1MB (LinkedIn Banner on Canva)
   

8. Add Banner Products - This is what triggers the promo banner to show up (if the screen contains a specific rum bottle, the banner shows) For a better understanding of how to use the parameters, please refer to our article here 

   1. Ex: Name Contains Absolut to only apply Absolut bottles to the Banner
      

9. Add Action - This is what action occurs when the banner is clicked
   For a better understanding of how to use the actions, you may refer to our article here

   1. Ex: Display Products containing the text 'Absolut'

   2. When using the Open URL Action, you must use the full link including https:// or http:// 

10. Add Time - This will ensure the banner is activated during this time

    

11. Customer Filters - This will apply to specific customers
    
     
    
    

12. Once done click Save at the top right

Hero Image 

Setup follows the same flow as Promo Banners, with a few differences 

1. Begin on your Marketing section of the dashboard under Banners  
2.  Select the Hero Image icon
3. Enable the image
   
   
4. Set the priority
   
   
5. Add an app/website image
   
   
6. Describe the image - This is for internal use only and will not be visible to customers 
   
7. Add Hero Image Products - This is what triggers the image to show up. For a better understanding of how to use the parameters, please refer to our article here 
8. Apply an action - For a better understanding of how to use the actions, you may refer to our article here
9. Add a time - This will ensure the hero image will be active during this time
   
   
10. Add Customer Filters - This will apply to specific customers
    

11. Once done click Save at the top right
