You can now reauthorize an order through the dashboard!
Seeing this error pop up when attempting to approve an order can come with multiple reasons as to why a payment may need to be re-settled.
To reprocess the order simply head to the "Billing Information" section of the order under the customer's details and simply hit "Reauthorize".
After clicking on the button the order should be able to refresh so it can be approved.
If for any reason the order will not process after clicking the "Reauthorize" button please reach out to the customer to verify with their bank that the transaction will be able to go through.
