Third Party Delivery Services
Offering delivery for your store allows you to not only reach a wider customer base but also increase your revenue exponentially. Third party delivery can help your team handle high volume orders efficiently, whether you are starting out or enabling it as part of a joint effort to expand your reach.

City Hive's third-party integration with Postmates and DoorDash can easily be added to your account, just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to enable it. Read more below on supported states and how it works!
DoorDash Availability by state:
- Washington, DC
- Idaho (Beer & Wine only)
- Massachusetts (Permit limitations)
- New York
- Oregon (Beer & Wine only)
Postmates Delivery by State:
- Washington D.C.
- New York
Third party delivery services do no support delivery across bridges or through tunnels.
How it Works
1. Select DoorDash or Postmates as the delivery method when accepting your order.
2. Wait as the City Hive platform automatically calls and assigns the next available driver to come pick up your delivery.
Wait times can vary and are based on driver availability. You will receive an email confirmation when a driver has been assigned to the order.
3. Verify the delivery driver is above the age of 21, their ID matches the name of the driver you received confirmation for, and the products you are having them leave with are all there prior to releasing the delivery.
Once the driver completes their delivery you are automatically charged on your monthly invoice for the delivery fee and driver tip.
What if my driver does not arrive?
You can call another delivery driver by clicking into the Full Info of your order and selecting change next to the DoorDash logo. From here you can select to switch the delivery to yourself or call another driver.
