# How to Grant City Hive Access to Your Meta Business Manager

## To help manage your Facebook and Instagram advertising, City Hive needs access to your Meta Business Manager account.

Follow the steps below to connect your accounts and grant City Hive the necessary permissions.

### **Step 1: Verify Your Business Accounts**

Before getting started, make sure the following accounts are connected to your Meta Business Manager:

- **Facebook Business Page:** [View Your Pages](https://business.facebook.com/latest/settings/pages)
- **Facebook Ad Account:** [View Your Ad Accounts](https://business.facebook.com/latest/settings/ad_accounts)
- **Payment Method:** [Manage Payment Methods](https://adsmanager.facebook.com/adsmanager/billing_hub/payment_methods/) — Make sure a valid payment method is added to your advertising account.

**Note:** You'll need full control of your Meta Business Manager to grant City Hive access.

### **Step 2: Connect City Hive as a Partner**

1. Log in to your [Meta Business Manager](https://business.facebook.com/latest/settings/business_info).
2. Navigate to **Users → Partners**.
3. Click **+ Add**.
4. Add City Hive as a Partner 
     1. **City Hive Partner Business ID: 598834172970538**
5. Click **Next** to continue.
6. Select the following business assets and grant City Hive **Full Control** for each: 
     1. **Facebook Pages**
     2. **Ad Accounts**
     3. **Pixels / Datasets**
     4. **Instagram Accounts**

Make sure you've selected all applicable assets before proceeding.
