To begin, tap the barcode icon located in the top header bar to access the scanner menu. This action will reveal various scanner options, with the Product Scanner tile prominently displayed and ready for use. While other tools like Customer Scanner and Event Ticket Scanner are marked as 'Coming soon,' you can proceed by tapping the Product Scanner tile to launch your device's camera and start scanning items.

Once the scanner is open, simply point your camera at the item's barcode to scan it. The product page will automatically appear, displaying the product image, size, and barcode number. You'll also see important status tags, such as 'Low Stock' or 'Breakout,' which highlight items needing immediate attention. Review key metrics like On Hand quantity, Days of Supply, units Sold, Profit, Revenue, and Inventory Value, available for 7, 30, or 90-day periods.

After reviewing product details, scroll down to the Market Intelligence card. This section provides valuable data compiled from over ten stores in your area. You can view your current price plotted against the local low, median, and high market prices. A summary line clearly indicates how your price compares to the market median. This information is crucial for deciding whether a price adjustment is necessary before printing a new shelf label.

To finalize the process, navigate to the Shelf Label section and tap 'Generate Shelf Label.' A preview of the label will then appear, showing the product name, size, price, and barcode. Once you're satisfied, tap 'Print' to send the label to your connected Zebra label printer. Remember, a Zebra label printer must be connected for this step. You can regenerate the label at any time if the price or product details change.
