# Full Stats Overview

**Popular uses of viewing a full stats report:** 

- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Improving operations such as inventory management, marketing strategies, and cost control

2. **Click on Full Stats

3. **Select the timeframe** for the report you wish to review

#### Overview

**Depending on your chosen time frame**, you'll be able to access information about:

- **Total sales** - Amount of sales during this time
- **Total Number of Orders** - Amount of orders during this time
- **Average Price Per Order** - Typical amount spent per order on average
- **Average Number of Products Per Order** - quantity of products purchased in a single order on average
- **Total Products Sold** - Amount of products sold during this time
- **Total Active Customers** - Customers who have made purchases, interacted with content, or engaged in activities showing ongoing business involvement
- **Total New Customers** - Amount of new customers who have initiated their first transaction or interaction with your business
- **Promotions** - Count of coupon usage , amount spent and number of customers who utilized the coupons
- **Loyalty** - Details  including the points system and the percentage or number of customers who have redeemed points
- **Fees** - City Hive and Credit Card fee totals
- **Order Origin** -  View where orders were placed (ex. Website, Mobile App)

#### Customers

View top customers ranked by the number of orders placed and the amount spent.
