Set Up Process
- Begin on your Shipping section of the dashboard
- Click (+) on the top right
- Scroll to the bottom to find the Smart Shipper and toggle the option on
If the toggle doesn’t automatically turn on, please contact us by submitting a ticket to support@cityhive.net requesting assistance with the setup!

Toggling the Smart Shipper will automatically send a request to our team. You will be notified when the process begins and update you once it's completed!
The setup process typically takes around 1-2 business days on average.
Manage and View State Settings
- After receiving confirmation of completion, head over to the Shipping section of your dashboard to view the Smart Shipper and click on the text
- This section will be configured to match the setup of your current carrier of choice which will allow you to edit and set the minimum base price for shipping by clicking "View/Edit All" under your Shipping Locations
- To update any desired states, simply click the pencil icon under Actions to get started
- A pop-up will appear for you to make changes to the state. Once you've made your updates, simply click "Save"
Generating Labels
Generating labels for the order will be the same as for any other shipping order!
- Once the order has been approved, click into the order to view the full page
- At the top right, you'll see the option to create the label
- After clicking on the button, you'll see the generated label appear on the right side of the order page under Shipping Information
You will be billed for the shipping costs of each order, which will appear on your monthly invoice.
