Abandoned Carts

Learn how to access and review abandoned carts so you can follow up, recover lost sales, and better understand customer behavior.

How to view abandoned carts

  1. Begin on the Customer section of your dashboard

  3. On the top left, select the Active filter  Screenshot 2026-01-28 at 11.07.36 AM
  4. Click on 'Abandoned Carts'

  5. Carts are shown listed in order from newest to oldest Screenshot 2026-01-28 at 11.11.42 AM
    You can also use these presets or your own date range to view abandoned carts during that time
